In 2019 I was diagnosed with an injured disc after experiencing severe flare-ups of back pain, and I was told the only way to prevent that pain from coming back for the rest of my life would be to work out my core muscles. At first I just avoided the issue; I had never been to a gym before, and was both too shy to want to go in and ask strangers for help, and too inexperienced to feel confident I wouldn't accidentally hurt myself more. After about a year a family member insisted that I try out Blair's service, and I am so glad they did. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; He listened to me about what I was feeling and what I was told to do, and after a quick free assessment he came up with a workout plan that was tailored to what I needed. In just a couple months I found my pain non-existent, and with that done he adapted my workout regimen to build new strength in the ways that worked best for me! Since I started with Whole Body Health I have built strength I never thought I could, and have been a healthier, happier person for it!
